Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags/labels intact.
Certain items (such as innerwear, personal care, hygiene products, or customized items) are not eligible for return due to safety and hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support via email or app.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method (Card/UPI/Wallet/Net Banking).
If you used Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be issued as store credit or bank transfer (as per your choice).
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available for items of the same value (size/color variations).
If the product you want is out of stock, you can opt for a refund or store credit
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
